In July 2018 we graduated our first cohort of students with their Associates of Arts degrees in Self & Society. This past July (2019) we graduated our second cohort of students.
They have all gone on to do diverse things as their next steps and continue to be part of our community.

Cohort 2 Alumni
Continuing to build his online business and taking coding classes.
Staying in Portland and continuing to work in the food service industry.
Transferring to University of Central Oklahoma to get a computer science degree
Going to Portland Community College to study architecture
Going on a cross country road trip then taking some pre-requisite courses in preparation to study Physics.
Transferring to the University of Portland as an English major.
Continuing to build her wig making business and continuing to work as a makeup artist in theaters around Portland.
Working at a summer youth camp then continuing to facilitate camps and retreats for youth.
Working on launching his own clothing brand that blends art and fashion.
Working as Wayfinding Academy’s Diversity and Inclusion Specialist through the AmeriCorps VISTA program.
Taking a year off to work and travel then planning to go to an alternative 4 year college.
Cohort 1 Alumni
Transferred to the Evergreen State College to pursue his goal to get a Bachelor’s degree in a science field and go on to become an environmental educator.
Working at Wayfinding Academy on the crew as AmeriCorps VISTA Specialist in Recruitment and Retention.
Establishing their fiber arts business.
