The curriculum of the class will be developed together as a group so that people are learning and sharing the skills that are truly useful to them. Join us as we journey to Tuscany, Italy to the medieval town of Castagneto Carducci on the Etruscan Coast. There we’ll connect with green architect-turned world cyclist-turned cooking instructor Chicca (kee-kah) Maione. She’ll take us deep into Italian food and history, and she’ll give us practical tips that we can apply to everyday life back home. Class will culminate in a meal where we can continue lively discussion about Italian food culture and what we may learn from it as Americans. Learn more >>
